Capturing the Essence of Brooklyn and Beyond: A Lens on Diverse Landscapes, Architectural Wonders, and the Rich Tapestry of Human Customs

Greetings from the vibrant world of Bianca Nedjée!

Originally hailing from the eclectic city of Montreal, Canada, and proudly embracing my Haitian heritage, I currently call the lively borough of Brooklyn, New York, home. An Engineer by training, I earned my bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, setting the foundation for my journey.

Beyond the realm of engineering, I am a passionate explorer of life's diverse offerings. A dedicated Foodie, avid world traveler, and an ardent lover of art and photography, I embarked on my photographic journey during my teenage years. Specializing in travel and landscape photography, I find joy in capturing the essence of quirky moments, customs, cultures, architecture, and the mesmerizing beauty of landscapes. My lens is particularly drawn to the allure of clouds, blue skies, tantalizing cuisines, and the vibrant spectrum of colors, including the charm of colorful doors and shutters.

My love for the arts extends to the rhythm of music and dances from the rich tapestry of the African Diaspora. Whether immersed in Haitian, West-African, Cuban, or Brazilian dance classes, I find solace and joy in expressing myself through movement. You may even spot me as Dancer #13 in Spike Lee's Netflix series, "She's Gotta Have It."

My wanderlust has taken me across continents, exploring the enchanting landscapes of Europe, the Americas (North, Central, South, and the Caribbean), Australia, and Africa. Through my lens and experiences, I invite you to explore the world alongside me.

Don't forget to browse my portfolio, where prints of my captivating moments are available for purchase in the print shop. Additionally, dive into the enchanting world of storytelling with my children's book, available for purchase here.

Join me on this visual and cultural odyssey, where every photograph and dance step tells a tale of my diverse and enriching journey.

... "Tes yeux étaient pleins de pays, de tant de pays qu'en te regardant je voyais ressurgir à leurs fauves lumières les faubourgs noirs de Londres, les bordels de Tripoli, Montmartre, Harlem, tous les faux paradis où les nègres chantent et dansent pour les autres."...
